Designing for a Song I Didn’t Like
Not every part of a creative project comes easily. Sometimes, you're excited to dive in and other times, you hit a scene that makes you want to quietly back out of the room.
For me, that scene was Human Again from Beauty and the Beast.
I’ll be honest, I’ve never really connected with the song. And when you’re designing an entire visual world around something that hasn’t clicked with you emotionally, it’s a real challenge. If you've ever had to create something meaningful from a place of uncertainty or if you're just curious about how a projection designer works through creative block, this one’s for you.
