Rose Staircase

The Rose Staircase presents a striking focal point within the castle: a grand staircase beneath a magnificent stained glass rose window. Light filters through the glass, casting soft, colourful patterns across the marble and red carpet below. Gargoyle sculptures frame the window and stand sentinel at the bottom of the stairs, while rich blue drapery and ornate candelabras frame the space with gothic elegance. This moment was designed to support Belle’s first entrance in her ballgown, and beautifully demonstraits the shift from a cold, gloomy castle to a warm and romantic space for the classic song "Beauty and the Beast".

Originally created for Beauty and the Beast, this scene captures the anticipation and splendour of the ballroom reveal.
