The Swan Lake animated scene delivers the same six lighting states as the static version, with one essential addition: the lake is alive. Across all six files, the water moves - a gentle, continuous ripple catching the light and shifting with the stillness of the scene around it. In the daytime and dusk states, the movement is subtle and unhurried, reflecting the open sky above. In the two evening states, a soft mist begins to drift through the scene, low across the water and between the trees, giving the night a quality that static images simply cannot achieve.
Each file is a seamlessly looping MP4, designed to run continuously without visible cut points. The movement has been kept deliberately restrained - enough to bring the scene to life without drawing the eye away from the performers. For a ballet production where the dancers carry the drama, the backdrop serves best when it breathes rather than performs.
